第三章活动的目的是作为为赠款提供奖励前支助服务的集中单位, 赞助研究和合同. 这项第三章活动加强了大学的研究，以支持大学的研究使命，即“在高等教育中取得卓越成就”，增加参与研究的教师人数，加强教师的研究工作.  第三章活动加强了机构的研究能力, 有助于机构在培养方面的财政需要, 支持和扩大大学的研究以及涉及大学行政和教职员工的相关战略举措.

Services provided by this 第三章 Activity include providing information regarding grant opportunities; assisting in obtaining information and forms related to grant proposal preparation and submission; assisting in the development of budgets for grant and contract proposals; assisting with the internal proposal routing and approval process; and providing the Principal Investigator/Project 导演 with the applicable regulations, 与被资助项目管理有关的政策和程序.
